All of this is heavy wood. The headboad is 5 ft. 8 inches tall, 5 ft. 4 inches long, and 1 foot wide. The headboard has two drawers on each side. The footboard which is also a bench that opens, is 3 ft. 1 inch tall . I have the bed rails that goes with the bed. The bedrails hook onto the headboard and footboard. You could also use a stand alone bedframe, and just skoot the frame up to the head board. The dresser is 5 ft. 10 inches long, 34 inches tall, and 19 inches wide. The dresser has 6 big drawers, and 3 smaller ones. The mirror on the dresser comes off, if you don't want to use it. It also comes with a large mirror that is 59 1/4 wide, and 37 1/4 tall. This is real wood, so you could stain another color, or paint it with no problem. All of these pieces are large and heavy. You will need to bring help to move it.
